Contact your patient immediately after receiving your referral letter.
See your patient within 4 weeks of receiving your request
Send you a detailed letter explaining our findings as well as a treatment plan following consultation with your patient.
Immediately refer your patient back to your good care on completion of treatment.
Answer your question or concerns by telephone, email or in person.
