Fine lines on the upper face, such as frown lines, forehead lines and crow’s feet, are often caused by the repeated movement of the muscles beneath the skin. At our Harley Street practice, wrinkle reduction always starts with a face-to-face consultation with a qualified clinician. We assess your facial anatomy, listen to what you would like to change, and talk you through whether treatment is appropriate for you.
Frown lines. The vertical lines between the eyebrows, sometimes called “11 lines”.
Forehead lines. Horizontal lines across the forehead that form when you raise your eyebrows.
Crow’s feet. Fine lines at the outer corners of the eyes that deepen when you smile or squint.
Your consultation is a medical appointment. We review your medical history, examine the areas that concern you and explain the options, including their benefits, risks, likely results and alternatives. If a prescription treatment is suitable, the clinician will explain it fully and you can take time to decide. You’re never expected to commit on the day.
Where a clinician prescribes treatment for dynamic lines, it involves a series of small injections into specific facial muscles. The appointment takes around 15 to 30 minutes. Mild redness or swelling at the injection sites is common and usually settles quickly. As with any medical treatment, there can be side effects, and your clinician will explain them before you consent.
Results usually begin to show within three to five days, with the full effect at around two weeks, and typically last three to four months.
Your consultation is with Dr Bobby Bandlish, our Principal Dentist, who takes a subtle, personalised approach that aims to refresh your natural expression rather than create a “frozen” look. As a dental practice, our clinicians work with facial anatomy every day.

A medical assessment of the lines that concern you, a review of your medical history and a clear explanation of your options, risks and likely results. You can then decide whether to go ahead.
A wrinkle reduction consultation costs £185. Any treatment fees are confirmed in writing at your consultation.
Where treatment is prescribed, results typically last three to four months, after which the muscles gradually regain movement.
Our approach focuses on subtle change. The aim is a fresher, more rested look while keeping your natural expression.
Any medical treatment carries some risk. Side effects are usually mild and temporary, and your clinician will discuss them with you in full before treatment.
