Most of the smiles you admire on television, in magazines and on social media are not the work of a single treatment. They are the result of a sequence, a small number of well-chosen treatments delivered in the right order, by the same clinical team, working to a shared design. That is what we mean by a smile makeover.

A typical smile makeover at Bandlish & Auplish might begin with a hygiene appointment to bring the gums back to a healthy baseline, followed by Invisalign to align the teeth, then professional whitening, then composite bonding or porcelain veneers to refine the shape and harmony of the smile. Sometimes wrinkle reduction is added at the very end as the finishing touch around the lips and eyes.

The key is that we never bolt one treatment onto another. The whole plan is designed up front, in one consultation, using clinical photographs, a 3D iTero scan and a digital smile-design preview. You see the destination before we start the journey, and you sign off the look, including any “trial smile” in your own mouth, before any irreversible work begins.

Smile makeovers are typically delivered over 4–12 months, depending on whether orthodontic alignment is involved, and are quoted as a single, fixed-fee plan with finance options available.

A first cosmetic consultation at Bandlish & Auplish takes around 45 minutes and is genuinely consultative, not a sales pitch. Here’s the journey:

1. Listening first. We ask what you actually want to change about your smile, in your own words, and what you’d like to keep. Often patients are clearer about what they don’t want (oversized, too white, too uniform) than what they do.

2. A clinical and aesthetic assessment. A short examination of teeth, gums, bite and existing dental work. We take clinical photographs and, where useful, a 3D iTero scan.

3. Options, not a single quote. You’ll typically leave with two or three viable plans,  for example: whitening + bonding, Invisalign + whitening, or a full veneer redesign, with realistic timelines and fees for each.

4. Time to think. We never expect a decision on the day. Your written treatment plan is sent by email so you can compare it with other quotes if you wish.

Will it hurt? Most cosmetic treatment is painless. Veneer preparation is done under local anaesthetic; whitening, Invisalign and bonding usually need none.

Will it look natural? That is the entire goal. We design smiles to suit your face, not the other way around. We choose tooth shape, length, shade and translucency in proportion to the rest of your features, and reference photographs of you smiling naturally rather than a single static pose.

How long will it take? From a single afternoon (bonding, whitening top-up) to 12 months (full Invisalign + veneers). Most cosmetic plans complete in 4–8 weeks.
